Transform PU waste into value with the purman® licensing opportunity

Rigid PU foam waste presents a growing challenge due to rising disposal costs, stricter regulations, and the demand for sustainability.

The purman® method offers a proven, scalable, and profitable solution to upcycle PU foam waste into high-performance materials. By licensing our technology, manufacturers can turn waste into revenue while reducing their environmental footprint.

Our patent pending method

Engineered for large-scale industrial demands, our method is applicable to diverse foam types and offers an annual capacity up to 500 tons per line.

The process relies on three core stages – shredding, binding, pressing – to enable competitive mechanical recycling.

By leveraging lignin to enable crosslinking, it harnesses an exothermic reaction that eliminates heating, which reduces energy consumption and consistently delivers high-quality outputs.
